Our Story
CREATING FAMILY TRADITIONS
Every occasion should be a celebration and at Newcastle’s Pudding Lady we believe every celebration needs a Pudding Lady Treat. The original Pudding Lady, Dawn, started the tradition of celebrating with pudding on the special occasion of her beloved brother returning from the Vietnam War. Dawn followed an age old traditional recipe handed down from her Grandmother. Today at Newcastle’s Pudding Lady we continue to use this traditional recipe as a base for all our beautiful puddings.
For close to 50 years, we have remained a family owned business and from humble beginnings we have grown into an iconic and much loved enterprise developing innovative and luxurious products to suit a contemporary market. Every pudding is hand finished, wrapped in cloth and tied with ribbon, continuing to excite and delight our customers, as we have always done.
