Pudding size details: 350g (10cm diam, 7cm height), 500g (11cm diam, 8.5cm height), 1kg (13cm diam, 10cm height), 1.5kg (16cm diam, 11cm height), 2kg (18cm diam, 11cm height), 3kg (20cm diam, 11cm height).

Dried fruit (45%) [Australian vine fruits, sultanas, raisins, currants (coated in vegetable oil), dates (rice flour), orange peel (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid, sulphites)], butter [cream (milk), water, salt], egg, sugar, breadcrumbs [wheat flour, water, salt, dry yeast], water, wheat flour, brandy (5%), orange juice, spices, natural lemon flavour, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate). Contains 5.7% alcohol by volume.
