Ingredients
Dried fruit (45%) [Australian vine fruits, sultanas, raisins, currants (coated in vegetable oil)], dates (coated in rice flour), orange peel (sulphites), egg, butter (cream (milk), water, salt), sugar, water, gluten free bread crumbs, brandy (3.7%), rice flour, tapioca starch, orange juice, humectant (glycerin), spices, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), natural lemon flavour. Contains 4.1% alcohol by volume.
