Dried fruit (46%) [Australian vine fruits, sultanas, raisins, currants (coated in vegetable oil)], dates (coated in rice flour), orange peel (sulphites), nuttelex [vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavour, vitamin D, vitamin E, natural colour (carotene)], water, sugar, breadcrumbs [wheat flour, dry yeast, salt, water], wheat flour, brandy (5%), tapioca starch, orange juice, spices, natural lemon flavour, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate). Contains 5.2% alcohol by volume.
